Hello Alan,

Make sure that you have set the Image option to Show in the module settings. Then make sure that the items you need this module to show have actually a K2 image and not an image through the text.

When you create/edit a K2 item there is a tab called Image. Through there you can upload an image that will be the actual image of this item and avoid putting it inside the introtext.

You can set its dimensions through the general K2 parameters or category before uploading it and you can set what size your list, item page or K2 module would show. The available sizes are XS, S, M, L, XL (these are the sizes you should set in the component settings).
