Hi!

I've enabled showing of the author of articles for certain categories. But the name of the author is *clickable*, which takes you to the K2 social user profile of that author (showing all articles written by him/her).

Is there any way to disable this?

So for the record, I want the author name to be *unclickable* and turn social profiles off. I've tried everything, but can't seem to figure it out.... many thanks in advance!!

Hello Mathias,

By default there is no option to do this. You have to edit your template.
To remove all links you need to edit almost all template files and remove the <a> element from all author instances.
