Multi-Select Extra Field is not Recording/Saving value on an item level. Meaning I can create the extra field, select 'multi-select' as the field option but when I select and item, select multiple options for this extra field and save - the value(s) are not saved/recorded.

Has anyone ran into this issue?

The Joomla version I'm using is 2.5.3 and K2 2.6.

Try to upgrade to the latest versions for Joomla! and K2.
