Add An Item Email Notification

Is there a way that the system can send an email to Admin when someone adds a new item to be approved. I can not find such setting.

Please advise.

i've searched in this forum an found no satisfied answer for u (example: getk2.org/community/New-to-K2-Ask-here-first/178980-getting-notification-of-new-item-submission#178980).

Maybe i'vent searched long enough and there is a solution in older search-result-pages.
