I have a k2 item created with pdf attachment , there is need to give access to this attachments such that only they can read the pdf but cant print it . is there any such option in k2

I'm afraid there is no such option in k2 for that but you can opt to protect the pdf file and then upload it as attachment.

By default public access is like read only.
