Override tag.php in template doesn't work! was created by Juan Manuel Diaz
Hi all!!! I am new here.

I am developing a website in wich i override the file com_k2/template/default/tag.php in mytemplate/html/com_k2/mysubtemplate/tag.php. I did the same with item.php file and everything works fine.

In a module position i have a k2 tool module with a cloud tag, but when i click in one of those tags, the tag is showed with the default layout and not with the subtemplate layout.

What i did was create a menu item to a single tag, and that was the only tag in the tag cloud with the subtemplate layout.

I need to create a menu item for each tag in my site??? That is imposible!

Regards!

Does all the tags in the tag cloud belong to the same category with the template override? Or did set that all category to use the same subtemplate ?
