Where do I change the format/styling of the article tools/details area (created date, by, etc.... right before the ratings)?

currently it looks like this:
07 July 2011 Administrator Rate this item

I want it to look more like:
Created on Thursday, 30 June 2011 08:54 Written by Admistrator Hits: 60

Hi, where you need to do that?

In frontend, you need to override component/com_k2/templates/defaultitem.php in your templates/your-template/com_k2/templates/your-new-subtemplate/item.php

Change the layout of item created date and author and add a new stylesheet for that layout.

Do not forget to change the template from default to "your-new-template" in the category view of the item that you need to change.
