I tried searching for this in forums, but it seemed there was nothing exactly matching...

I set up K2 user registration with reCaptcha and with default K2 user group. That works correctly. During the registration process, even though the user clicks on the link in the activation email, the user is not enabled (and can't log in) until the admin manually enables them in the K2 users panel. I want to skip this last step. I would like my users to be enabled outright, after they click the activation link.

How can I do this?

Hi Piotr,

Make sure that joomla user configuration allows self activation, go to User Manager, then click on Options in the toolbar, and make sure the "New User Account Activation" is set to "Self"
