I am on Joomla 2.5.14
I am using JoomlArt Template Teline III for 2.5
I am using K2
First of all, does anyone have any suggestions on how to keep all the modules, plugins, templates and Joomla core up to date? This is a lot to keep track of for a single blogger like myself.
I am having a problem with code showing up on new items (put in K2.) You can see a sample of that here:

On the upper left-hand side of the screen there is a twitter button and what appears to be a bit of a google plus one (which I believe is dead) button. This is only happening on NEW items. It does not appear on old items.
I can't figure out where this is coming from and why it is only showing up on new content. I believe it is a plugin but I can't find it.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
