When I choose to edit an item in the frontend, there is no editor that shows. I selected different editors and I get the same result (JCE,Tiny MCE, Codemirror) How can I fix this?

Sounds like usergroup/user-settings not right. Did you take a look there?

Yes thank you it worked. Im trying to find out how to allow a user group to use this editor because I created a new user group relating to the website concept. Where would I find this?

you found this in system > configuration and you can change the default editor for your site.
