K2 Frontend Editing was created by john
I have one k2 user group assigned to a user.
Say I have a blog page for businesses to post as many blogs as they want, and a page for a businesses to only edit one k2 item. How can I allow this? Is there a way to set different frontend parameters to two different categories?

What if you do this:
Create user group and set permisions Add items=Yes, Select the category where to add items, Edit own items=Yes.
Now assign the k2item to the author who should edit it.

I guess this should work as you need

Thats what I have it already set to, but I dont want to allow the user to add an item to the business page.
Also, there is no add item option. How can I fix this?

Is the business page in the same category you have set the permissions to add/edit items?

In the K2 user group have you diselected the business category from the filters? Once this category is also selected then this group would have the permission to add/edit items too.

I want the same user to edit their item on one webpage, and on another page, on the same website, they can add/edit an item.
Can you understand?

I think that is what I have understood. You have to edit the user group permissions, and under "Assign group permissions to these categories" filter out the ones you don't want the user to edit items in.
