I do not fully understand the extension:
1) In the menu we have linked to latest articles, but it shows the articles per category. I must have changed this somewhere, but how can I restore to show the latest article?
2) When you click on an article it is directed to the category article. If I try to paste the hyperlink in facebook I do not get the article post and the correct meta description? How can I change that?
3) How can I create a menu for all articles that have been posted?
4) How can I create a menu for archived articles?

Please respond to this newbie questions as such.

Hello Danielle,

K2 does not offer archiving so you might need to make a menu item towards a specific category as well.

For 1 and 3 you simply need to have a K2 Cateogories menu and specify from which categories you want to items to appear.

For 2 I need a link to see the issue.

For 2 here is the link to a facebook article . The article is showing the meta description from the menu k2 link.

If K2 is not archiving how can all the articles be found easily by visitors of the website?

You can use the K2 Tools module for browsing archived items but there are no archived articles like in com_content.

I am sorry but I cannot understand the question about the module k2 category.
You have sent me two menu items the first one is a Latest items from category and the second one is a category menu item.
