I would like to have tabbed view of the article. Only for view, for page visitor.

My goal would be something similar to the tabs in the backend editor. I would like to have image gallery in the other tab, part of the description also.

What should I looking for?

You need to override the item.php file. If you have a basic understanding of coding you can use jquerytools.org tabs or the Joomla! tabs.
