Unable to reduce space in table

Sir
I have template in k2, I find following difficulty
1- When I try to type in two lins it is not possible.
2- When I reducae the size of the table I mean to say the gap above and below text is not taking place.
3- When will go to default it will reduce the size of table as well as the size content detail outside the table. My question is how to reduce between spaces in table.
