I have been looking around but cannot seem to find some clarity on how to set up ShareThis in k2.

I have it enabled in K2 but do I install the plugin from ShareThis and then get the code?

I cannot just get code from ShareThis as far as I know and mostly built for WordPress.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
