I have a category called Visting and Item within this Category label Features..

I'd like that to link features to a new category call features with items listed within it..

is this possible??

So the Features would be a subcategory of the Visiting category and you also want to show it in the same page if I am correct.
All you have to do is to enable through the category parameters to also show the subcategories.
