Good day friends!

Is there any form module for joomla which can do these:

I have 2 menus: "Apply for job" and "Applied people".
In first menu, people must be able to fill form and to click "Send" button.
In second menu, they must be able to see the filled form's information and all applied people's information.

In SQL language: in first menu they must INSERT, in second menu they must SELECT.

Could not solve it. Any idea?
