I suppose you want something that you cannot achieve with introtext and fulltext.

An option would be to use en extrafield and fetch it through its alias in the item.php page above your images.

I want to add a few words over the picture but below the tiltle. In k2 i dont now how to add it and i dont understand how do your tips
