i wanna build a page like this.

i wanna show all of them but, when i try i cant see items.

also, i can use like this

Category A-1
Category A-2
Category B
Category B-1
Category B-2

but when i try i cant see last sub categories (Category A-1, Category A-2, Category B-1, Category B-2)

so, i need help about this 2 problem,
