I want to my my K2 Url's Seo friendly. I have a menu item and it says " blog/itemlist" Is there any way of removing " Itemlist " ?

If you have K2 2.6.4 or later, you can enable the "Advanced SEF" option as described here:
getk2.org/blog/1159-k2-v264-release-introduces-new-cool-sef-url-options

Otherwise, you would need to create a menu item (can be in a hidden menu) to every page you want to have a custom URL.
