Could please someone explain to me how to create a page, so all users (registered or unregistered) could post articles there?

You really don't want to do that. You will get so much SPAM it will drive you crazy.

In your menus you have an option to "Submit articles" or something named close to that. It will put a link in the menu. You need to set it to registered users.

But the problem of SPAM will still be there because SPAMMERS will sign up to your site and then SPAM your boards or site.

It is really getting out of hand. There is another article here about someone getting their comments SPAMMED.
