Hi,

I use K2 Content Module a few times in my site

In one instance of the K2 content module, I want to display the most popular article of that day.
So I set the module up correctly and set the item ordering to most popular.

If I set the time range to 1 day, nothing shows up.
So I set the time range to 1 week & still nothing shows up. I tried the same for 2 weeks & 1 month. But an article will only show if the setting is set to 3 months or more.

This is an issue that has been in place for a LONG time. I know that my K2 articles are read daily and we look to add 2-3 articles a week too, which are promoted via facebook, twitter & newletters.
Direct link to the page is here - http://[no tiny url]/1ap74JQ

I also tried this in different sites on different servers, have cleared and removed any cache settings.

Anybody have any other ideas for this? :pop

Maybe you have filters for media or featured on. Check it out. And paste a proper link please :)

Featured items is set to HIDE
&
Fetch items with media is set to NO

Puzzled!

Here a screenshot of settings i1295.photobucket.com/albums/b634/sandstorm871/scrnshot1_zpsa8e2e625.jpg

If your items do have media on, they will be ignored. So will items that are featured.

And when you perform changes to the module settings, remember to clear your site's cache.

Filters is the single most important feature in mod_k2_content, the most important K2 module. If it was broken, we'd know 4 years ago...

Did you see my screenshot? Featured items are set to hide and so are articles with media.

All of our articles are set up the same way Intro text, main text & image only?

Also I cleared all the cache & browsers cache to.
