I have a golden forms and copy it to make a variation of it. I then add an element to the copied form and the element appears on the 'Golden" form. This should not be happening.

You need to contact the Golden Forms developers about this issue.

Do you mean the Web Developer that used K2 to create the original forms? I thought, "Golden Forms", was just a name he gave them.

Sorry Bruce, I think you are right. A quick search for Golden Forms doesn't show anything so it's probably a custom made plugin/extension.
