Lost images after Joomla import was created by Holger Weß
Hello,
I'm testing currently K2 and have to run to import the Joomla article. All product categories and their hierarchies are properly migrated into the K2 content. However, the post images are missing (large and small) of the article. Maybe someone has an idea?
I'd even add manually, but has in the post flood that built up over 10 years ...

Thank you in advance for thinking about!

Hello Holger,

Have you checked the error_log of your site? It can due to memory limits, permissions a lot of things. You can try allocating more memory (PS always backup before doing anything)

Hello Krikor,
thanks for your reply.
Can you tell me, where can i find the erro_log? PHP show_errors is activated. I turned on the Debug-Feature during the import - without errors. Now i have allocated more memory - withou success.

But i saw the following detail:

This article article imports the images correct to this article. article .
But this article does not it ( article )

EDIT: Now i see the following error in the top of the screen: Notice: Undefined offset: 1 in /var/www/html/web962/html/plugins/system/k2categorytemplate/k2categorytemplate.php on line 103

Hello Holger,

The notice is just what it says a notice it won't affect your site's functionality in any way. Make sure you turn off error reporting when your site is in production.

As for the images they have been imported in your introtext. I suggest you use this plugin to use the entire functionality of K2 images.

getk2.org/extend/extensions/616-iaki-import-as-k2-image

As for the second article, the image is enclosed in HTML tags. Make sure you haven't enabled content cleanup (This option is located in K2's params.)

Hello Krikor,

you are right, i installed this plugin after 2 days ago, but it doesn't change anything and i don't know the meaning of the first parameter. Now i disable the plugin.

Content cleanup is not enabled, but where you see an image enclosing in a html-tag?
Can i provide you an backend-access? Maybe this is the best way to find the problem...
Thank you!
