Hello I am new with K2, I have a login button at the top right just as this site has it.
I need to eliminate the text "Have an account" and the SIGN UP button. Because the client wants to create the user by himself.

I cannot find the options to edit this or the fields of the pop up-

Where should I look for it?

You need to disable new user registration (this setting is located in users section).
As for the language string you have to edit the overide of the module to delete that string.

Also, I checked the \html\com_k2 folder and I did not find the language I want to change. Does it mean it should be done from the Joomla Content Management system?

I think Krikor means the users section of Joomla!

You can get it by opening Users > User Manager, then click Options in the the toolbar.

Hello guys! I still not able to disable the Sign Up functionality.

I went to the joomla users and disabled the user registration, and also went to the k2 Parametetrs--advanced --Enable K2 User Profile and marked NO.

Nothing works and I am getting frustrated.

Any ideas?

Make sure your module override (mod_k2_user) does not have this options hardcoded.
