Hi,

Wanted to try K2 so installed on top of Joomla 2.5, Gantry Framework and Metropolis template.

I unpublished the frontpage featured article and created new one in K2 and published it to featured but it doesn't show up on front page.

Where have I gone wrong?

Did you change your menu item's settings as well? You need to change all you menu items to K2 Categories/Items/Tags as well.

The Main Menu Home item type is set to "Featured Articles".

I imported all categories and items from Joomla! content into K2.

I created 2 new articles as "Featured" after creating a category for them.

Under the Home Main Menu item I still see all my Joomla content categories but do not see the category I created with K2 listed under "Selected Categories" and have it set to "All Categories".

I'm not sure how to change this menu item to pick up K2 items?

You need to change the menu items to K2 Categories/items not Joomla!'s default article categories .
eg. For the main menu item try to select a single K2 Category.

Also make sure you are not viewing module in your main menu items.
