Not sure if this extension exists, but I'm looking for a way that users have the option to report an item for inaccuracies. The extension would notify the admin of the report with a link to the item and the changes the user reported

It has an add-on I think. You can always override your item.php and place a link with a mailto: href attribute. Quick and dirty solution but you can make more efficient with some JS.
