I am getting 50 lines of code displayed on the front end when I load a K2 article.
Not sure if this is a Mootools / JQuery issue but I have tested this on a few templates and it appears on all so it is not a template issue. I also cannot display comments properly.
Any help is much appreciated.

I can see you are using a 3rd party comment extension. Is there still a link with the issue?
