Has anyone had an issue where K2 loads another version of Jquerey on the website so the site actually has two versions running causing conflict.. How do I fix this problem as it is preventing functionality of some modules. Any suggestions greatly received.

Disable either the instance being loaded from your template or the one from K2's params.
Additional components may load jQuery as well though.
