[SOLVED] K2 Update Won't Go Away was created by scene66

The K2 update for for 2.6.7 won't go away.

K2 2.6.7 is installed and has been installed numerous times!
• Cleared/ purged cache: Joomla and Extension Manager.
• Tables repaired/ optimised.

Assistance appreciated.

I don't think this has someting to do with K2.

You have probably cached the .xml file for new extension updates.
Something similar happens to me all the time for core Joomla! updated when working on localhost.

Right. Caching it was. This and more serious problems were caused by not purging SEF after changing the way URLs were created. Thank you.
