Recently my site started pulling the same category no matter which link I click on.

For example. At www.kidapillar.com/index.php/en/directory/georgia-directory-intro/ga-must-see-places the first time you visit the page it will pull the correct category. But if I click on another category link the page will appear to be the category I want, but the content will be the the same as the first category I pulled.

Attached you can see screen shots to better understand. This recently started happening as we started playing around trying to work on speed issues. Not sure if I erased some sort of plug-in or other setting?

And although you can see the accordion menu on the screenshot I am pretty sure it is not related to that as it does the same thing in another area that does not utilize the accordion menu. But I am investigating that plug-in as well.

The link actually changes so do the breadcrumbs.

This is probably a caching issue.

Some modules should not be cached this might apply to that module as well.
Select these modules from the modula manager and disable their caching
