500 Internal Server Error was created by Nuno Costa
Hi!

I have the follow problem.

I installed and converted the contents for k2 without any problems, but now when an item is saved I get the following error:

500 Internal Server Error
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@mysitecom and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.


with your experience can indicate to me why this happens.

This is a generic error message. Please enable error reporting from your site's global configuration to see the actual error.

Hi,

After activating the error message in the global settings the system started to indentificar the error as "error 1114 The table 'snsp2_finder_tokens' is full ". I searched the net and saw this error is related to the MySQL base.

Can you give me some suggestions.

You need to purge the finder elements.

Go to components Smart search and purge the results.

Hi,

I did purge but the problem continues.

Beside i have the site offline and development and therefore the Smart search should not have the need to be purged.

I spoke with the hosting service and they indicated me the following error message which, according to them refers to a problem of conflict with k2.
"Premature end of script headers: index.php, referer: www.sophiealgarvevillas.com/administrator/index.php?option=com_k2&view=item&cid=54"

To better illustrate the problem place the following link from a video I sent to the hosting service with a test in which the error appears.

The message The table 'snsp2_finder_tokens' is full
means that particular table which stores values from the finder component is full which means that will affect other components as well.

You can either manually empty that table or better yet purge the results. Try that and let me know.

I emptied and purged table manually as you suggested but did not solve the problem.

The only way not to show the error I found was to disable the Smart Search - K2 plugin which suggests that the problem is in the plugin itself. With Smart Search from Joomla it works normally.
