hello, I'm having a problem that I can find in the boards from old posts that say that this was fixed many versions ago but when I put tags in and save nothing is saved. I discovered this when I put a tag cloud up and thought all those tags I put in would appear because I just assumed that as I was hitting "save" that they were there. I went back in and looked and nothing is there. I tried to put them in again and something strange happens. The field that they go in is very long but about 4 words in they start moving back like there is some kind of end to that field you can't see. When I hit "save" everything is gone.

Which editor are you using and which version of Joomla! as well?

Make sure that another extension is not causing any JavaScript conflicts.
You can check for potential issues or conflicts using your browser's developer tools under the console tab.

Don't find any JAVA conflicts but never checked for that before like that so it is possible I'm wrong.

You can see the tag cloud on the right is empty. I tried posting some more tags today and the same thing happened. I can type it in but save it and it disappears.

I even turned off the editor to test that out and same result.

Have you tried updating JCE?

Also are you using any K2 plugins or extensions? These might cause JS conflicts.

Finally make sure that jQuery and jQuery UI i only loaded once in the administration area. This means you have to check the source code to see if another is loading multiple instances of jQuery and disable that loading.

Is there a way a designer can figure that out? I'm not a programmer.
