Error 403 after creating "Item Edit Form"

Error 403 after creating "Item Edit Form" was created by Elle
Hi guys,
After creating "Item Edit form" menu item, I get the Error 403 when opening that item from front-end:

In general, I simply need to have a menu item, where users could post own articles.
In my previous topic I was provided with an instruction on how to create a user group (getk2.org/documentation/tips-a-tricks/20...rs-to-submit-content and
www.joomreem.com/joomla-developer-s-tips...nd-submit-items.html), but what to do next?

After creating the K2 User Groups you have to assign your users to that specific group.
You can also specify the default K2 User Group from K2's params.

Thanks, Krikor!
I was able to create a user group and now registerested users can post articles ("Add item")
However, how to see what was posted by them?
None of these menu items seems to show it:

You have to do the editing and approval through the backend.

You can edit the K2 Groups params and enabled auto publishing.

Error 1. When on the front end site and clicking the add item menu link it opens up a new window (see error 3). It then displays the message: 403
You are not authorized to view this resource .
Category is set to public, created Super Users group and gave it all access.
Error 2. when in the back end I click on comments I get the following error.
1045 - Unknown column 'ip' in 'field list' SQL=SELECT ip FROM nbplm_k2_users WHERE userID = 144
Error 3. when adding the edit form menu link. I click on it on the front end and get taken to a new window. I try and change the setting in the back end menu options target window to open up in Parent. When I press save it defaults to New Window With Navigation every time.

Have you followed the instructions as stated here?

Yes I have attempted to follow these instructions. When I select the user in the back end I then select a K2 user group to add them to. It is then that I get the following error:

This might be your issue, yes.
Try to repair your database through phpMyAdmin and try to add a new user again.
