When I use sh404sef, I need get my blog category URL in format likes www.domain.com/blog/categoryname
and my blog item URL in format like www.domain.com/blog/categoryname/item-alias

Now, with sh404sef effect, I've already got www.domain.com/blog/categoryname but for item URL, I only got www.domain.com/categoryname/item-alias without /blog/

would you please let me know how to set this? thanks.

Have you set the sh404SEF URL category prefix for items to all categories?
