where can I find K2 layout Templates?
I mean I want to keep my existing joomla template, but layout the section where I have K2 (Blogs or Products) in a different way?

these are actually entire website templates. I just need a subtemplate that would style the K2 part of the page in different options?

I remember K2 tabber pro used to be something like that? a subtemplate?
is there a place where I can buy subtemplates that style only K2 part of my website different then default?

K2 Tabber pro is just an extension that uses tabs in the K2 pages and that is the reason it provides a K2 subtemplate with it.
There are no K2 sub-templates to buy, that I know off, since they are bundled with the template itself.
You can either advise a developer in order to help you with what you need to achieve with your project.
