Hi! Found the problem. When a user adds a registred material with frontend - all ok, is published. However, when the same material is edited, the following problem arises while maintaining:
1. Issued two reports "Item saved" and "You don't have the permission to publish items"
2. The material is preserved, but is removed from the publication.
Activate the publication again only through the admin panel.
All rights allowed!

Outcome: New materials are being created and published and edited withdrawn from publication.
