I want to show the title in whole with of item view page (item.php), right know it's fit inside modules, but I need to to place at the top of modules, this is an example:

any suggestions would be highly appreciated.

This has to do with how you will setup your item page. An idea is to use a container for the whole content except the itemHeader block and float it left with some width. Then the sidebar that will probably have a float right or left with a smaller width will come and sit right next to the content block.
The sidebar doesn't have to be inside your item.php page. All handling will be made with CSS.

A template developer/provider will help you achieve this.
