I have been over and over the parameters and looked through the forum for the answer, but I can't seem to find how to turn off/disallow/strip html in comments. Some spam getting through my recaptcha and i'm at least wanting to strip out their links to undesirable pages! :)

I'm afraid that there is no option to do this. What you can do though is to Enable Akismet along with recapthca. If you are using the latest K2 version this is available through the K2 Parameters under Comments.
