I've tried out K2 for a month now but would like to completely remove it from my Joomla 3.2 website. However, after going to the Extension Manager, ticking anything in the list with K2 in it and trying to uninstall it, I got the rather unhelpful message 'Error uninstalling'. I note that the things I ticked have disappeared from the Extension Manager list but there are still folders and files scattered about when I look using Filezilla that have K2 in the name.

Could you advise me about the error please and what to do to ensure it is completely removed from my website?

To remove K2 you just need to unistall the K2 component. All elements will be unistalled with it. Do you have any third party extensions linking to K2?
What are the K2 folder that you still see?
