Hello everybody,

I've installed K2 on my test website ( k2.barcawelt.de/startseitek2 ), but when I want to show modules on the right sidebar they only appears when I turn the joomla cache off. Now the cache is enabled and the modules are not showing.

I use the advanced module manager 4.7.1 Pro with joomla 2.5.14.

Sorry, I'm not a guru so just some basic, obvious advice - have you tried clearing the cache then turning the cache on?

Maybe this is an issue with Module Manager Pro. Did you try it with the default Joomla! Module Manager?

@Steve: Yes I did it :)

@Yiota Ziaggou: There was the problem. The module manager should support K2 but now I use metamod which works fine.

I did the changes with my real website and now the modules just don't appear in the item view. Can someone tell me how I can show my modules on the item view too?

Edit: I found out that when the URL contains the part "components/k2" then the modules does not appear. When I remove this part then everything works fine.

I see the modules on the right appear just fine in the item page. Did you solve your issue?

I solved it now :) I had old links of my categories on home and removed these. After this my links did not contain the "components/k2".
