i want to not allowed on user's page that creating categories.
i already did for editing and deleting
but no options that i can hide new button on categories, or not allowed to add new categories by users
bc i have specific categories, i dont want my users add categories

There is no option to add a new category through the frontend only add new items. That you can disable it from the K2 User Group parameters.
