Creating article in frontend error

Creating article in frontend error was created by WinniePooh
Hello everyone,

when I want to create an article in the frontend so I get an error 404 with the message the article could not found. I have created a user group which has all freedoms with creating and editing articles.

Where could be the problem?

I use Joomla 2.5.14 with K2 2.6.7. Was there an update which fixes the problem?

If you have the Advanced K2 SEF enabled in your site try to download and install the SVN version from here: getk2.org/assets/get/

What is the difference between the normal and the svn version? Can I update it later too? And do I have only to overwrite the k2 component with this one?

Just go to Extensions and install this package over the one you have. You won't be having any issues. Once the stable version releases you can follow the same procedure for installing it over the SVN version.

I saw on github that the problem was fixed. I did this fix with the router.php and it worked for a time. But after a few hours I got the same problem... Should I overwrite the whole svn version or is there maybe another bug?

Re-install the whole SVN version over the one you have and not just the file.
