i came across and issue that i am not sure how to solve.
i created an item and with in the contents is number bullet points. e.g
1. sadsda
2. awerwe
3. etc...
when i view the item the format and contents are correctly formatted however,

Item view options in category listings, when i limit the intro text to any value (50, 100, 150 word) the bullet formatting disappears and the intro text is display as one long sentence.


using the latest K2 & JCE

When you use the introtext limit option all HTML is being stripped. If you want to show HTML you will have to disable limit through the category parameters.

I found it but still stripping the html .. ? could Joomla be stripping the html as well??

I went to the global config for k2 - content then selected the Introtext HTML cleanup (tag strip) NO then refreshed the page still no change .. is there something else i missed???

You have to go to your category parameters, under Item Listing options and remove the limit from the field there.

still no luck i searched more and came across this thread . Seem it is not possible :(

If you want to keep the limit option in your lists, then yes, it is impossible. You can skip the limit option though through the option I described and if you have already Enabled the content cleanup from the K2 Parameters Disable it.
