Moderate Comments Pops up without Comments Active

Moderate Comments Pops up without Comments Active was created by Gerald Moore
The moderate comments pop-up shows up on my site ever time I log into the front end of the site.

I don't even have the K2 comments active.

Probably some kind of conflict. Which Joomla! and K2 versions do you use?

It is a conflict with your template that uses Bootstrap. You need to remove the "modal" class of the link or adjust the .modal CSS class of Bootstrap properly.
