Yes, I have done all ways wich are shown there. But nothing helps me :( I only can login with the emergency mode. I can edit the content etc. but not the users...

Ok then.. I assume you have already tried repairing your DB tables as well.

I think you only have one option. Setup a new site and migrate the content if all of the above have failed.
