I am a developer. I have purchased 'Import for K2 component'. But when i tried to import csv file i am getting below error:

importing items, please stand by
items were imported, but with some problems:
cannot open file: G:\wamp\www\nhs/tmp/example_new 1.csv
Row: undefined / memory peak: 10 MB
Import finished

So, can you please let me know why this error comes.

Unfortunately Import for K2 was not developed by us. You should ask the extension developer for support.

PS. Row: undefined / memory peak: 10 MB this sounds like a memory limit related error.

I assume you are on a local enviroment. Try googling "how to increase wamp PHP memory limit" .
