I'm using the most current version of K2 and not seeing an option in either category or items for readmore link and it's not showing up.

Hello Dawn,

The read more link setting is located in the category params under the Item view options in category listings tab.

Finally if you have enabled that setting but you are not still not seeing the element make sure that:

a) That category is not inheriting its settings from another category
b) The element has not been stripped from the K2 Template

There is "Intro Text" and "Full Text" buttons to select, but no readmore (like I think I saw in the template that I first used that introduced me to K2). I have intro text selected to "show" and the "full text" to "hide" otherwise the who page shows up.

I just installed this, so the only two categories I have are "uncategorized" and "home" - I am at a loss and know nothing about "stripping" templates, etc.

I've attached a screen shot (stitched together) of what I am seeing in the category item view options.

I used K2 in a previous project and the read more was there, but I am not seeing it here - am I looking in the wrong place?

I cannot see the screenshot unfortunately.

The settings are at Components -> K2 -> Categories -> Item view in category listings.

Please read the documentation or even better watch these videos.

This is the single item view. There is no read more in the item view.

But readmore is selected in the - Item view options in category listings
