Which version of K2 and Joomla! are you using?
If you are using 3.2.1 please update to K2 2.6.8 DEV build. - getk2.org/assets/get/

Also enable error reporting from the Global Configuration settings to see the actual error.

I get the following from errors:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 10485760 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 2048 bytes) in D: \ EasyPHP \ data \ localweb \ APN-ar \ libraries \ joomla \ registry \ form \ json.php on line 67
I try to increase more memory limit, but always the same mistake I GET TIRED.
and
in the panel of the K2 I have:
Strict Standards: Declaration of JParameter :: loadSetupFile () Should Be Compatible with JRegistry :: loadSetupFile () in D: \ EasyPHP \ data \ localweb \ APN-ar \ libraries \ joomla \ html \ parameter.php on line 512
I also try to change the jquery versions. but still does not work,
what is the correct version jquery for K2
I also have this error: event.returnValue is deprecated. Please use the standard event.preventDefault() instead.
jquery-1.8.3.min.js:
1.8.3

The Strict standards is not an issue, it is just a notice which will not affect your site's functionality in anyway.
In production mode you should disable error reporting.
As far as I know the jQuery notice is present in almost all versions and it is a Chrome notice, 1.8.3 will work fine with K2.
For the memory limit you can also contact your hosting provider but 10mb is way too low for a PHP memory limit.

I increased memory over 500Mb but still the problem ...
I even récupuré the online version, and I tried it on my local server still same problem;
but I think the problem is surrounded by k2 ...
installing a new component by time gives me this blank white page problem.
is that the execution time has an effect?
thank you for your help

Yes you need to increase both limits.
This issue is related to the server setup.installing a new component by time gives me this blank white page problem.

You need to edit the php.ini files. K2 has only settings for image processing memory limits. These can be found under the Images tab in the extension's parameters.
