I've browsed forums tons of times to try to find an answer to my problem and I don't see anything similar to the error I'm bumping into.

Right now, whenever I create a new K2 items and hit save, save and close, or close, the page will go blank to the index.php page. Please help on fixing this as this is getting increasingly annoying (i have to refresh and select the item i was working on).

didn't fix it, should i uninstall K2 and reinstall with dev instead of just installing over it?

Installing it on top will work.

Also enable error reporting to see if there are any other issues.
